John Bambach, MBA, Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP): Serial entrepreneur having started three companies, 1984-2000 (two successful and one not-so-successful). Revived a 70-year-old Contractor that he bought in Ch. 11 in 2008. John served as CEO & CFO for his companies, leading M&A, financing, business integrations and strategic negotiations.
John is a respected executive with extensive experience serving as CEO, CFO, COO, Financial Advisor, Chief Restructuring Officer and Court-appointed Receiver to numerous companies since 2004. Demonstrated success with multiple corporate restructurings and high-growth organizations. Guides cross-functional teams in the design, redesign, and launch of leading-edge business solutions, delivering record profitability and/or liquidation value. Forges strategic partnerships, leading change management and building consensus across multiple organizational levels.

Dr. Sharon Glazer, President of Healthy Organization, Inc. and Professor and Chair of the Division of Applied Behavioral Sciences at the University of Baltimore, holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational (IO) Psychology from Central Michigan University and M.S. in Applied IO Psychology from the University of Baltimore. She had a postdoctoral fellowship at the National Institute of Occupational Safety & Health, a Fulbright Fellowship to the Technical University of Budapest, Hungary, and an Erasmus Fellowship to Rene Descartes University (Paris V), France. Sharon was also a Full Professor at San Jose State University in California and a Full Research Professor at University of Maryland.
Sharon has over 25 years of teaching, consulting, and research experience, with expertise in cross-cultural issues in occupational, organizational, and worker stress, organizational culture/climate and engagement, and organizational development. She has consulted for nonprofit, for-profit, and government organizations, for example, Trigger Transformations, Inc., Prometric, Inc., National Aquarium, DoD, Kaizen, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Inc., IPMA-HR, Agora, Inc., University of Maryland, Baltimore, and Ameritech.
For ten years, Sharon was the Treasurer for the International Association for Cross-Cultural Psychology and from 2010 to 2015 Sharon served as Editor of the International Journal of Stress Management. She is a Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the International Academy for Intercultural Research, and the International Association of Applied Psychology.
Mark J. Freiman, Pharmacist: founder of FREIMAN RATNER COMPANIES, [HBC/Save More, Harold’s Drug, HBC/Health & Beauty Stores, Price Rite Drugs, HBC/Price Rite, & Body Accents], which he sold in 2005.
Mark’s other ventures: CEO/President and founder of the Retail Drug Chain, 21 stores in Regional Shopping Malls in the northeast corridor; Chairman of the Board for Body Accents (women’s athleisure chain) with 16 stores from Virginia to New York and Connecticut; and, Harold’s of Stamford (Harold’s Hallmark Stores, Lovables and Zingg) .
